The study of the mantra and its application in ritual throws light on an ancient and very original yoga, the yoga of the pure articulation of the mantra. Everyone is cordially invited to these practical seminars.

Ritual festival in the sounds of gods

The beauty of Indian yoga certainly stems from its relationship with higher principles. With a simple yet complete form of the sixteen fold sacrifice we will practice and celebrate together some of the most important deities of the Hindu pantheon. The days for the seminars correspond to their respective sacred days and we recite the complete ritual text together. For this I give out a simple ritual text, which everyone can practice themselves in order to step into this process of mantric healing and self-reflection.

Suitable is the Mantra Śikṣā Devatā for each. It is a thematic continuation for all my old students and a special opportunity for new ones. Concerning the roots of yoga, we always find mantra. The mantra practice in Sanskrit is the legacy of a very ancient culture, valuable for a spiritual life today.

The Mantra Śikṣā Devatā is an energetic festival and I invite all old and new students to to be guided to practice and celebrate this subtle energy. You can do all of them Pūjā join in at your home or just accompany the text. The lessons on Zoom have proven themselves and I am really looking forward to this work with you.
